The Aboriginal Writers Collective

The Aboriginal Writers Collective of Manitoba Inc. was established in
March 1999. Made up of both published and emerging Manitoba writers,
the collective shares, supports and develops creative writing in all its
forms by Aboriginal Peoples. Our writers are poets, playwrights,
screenwriters, storytellers, journalists and more.

This is the second chap book produced by the collective. urban kool was
launched in 2007 and in 2003 The Aboriginal Writers Collective released
Red City - A Spoken Word CD.
